Audio Parameters is a free online tool. Adjust sample rate, bit depth and mono/stereo channels.
After uploading the audio file, the tool parses the file header and audio data, and displays detailed technical parameters: sampling rate (44.1kHz, 48kHz, etc.), bit depth (16bit, 24bit), bit rate (128kbps, 320kbps, etc.), number of channels (mono, stereo, 5.1 surround), encoding format (MP3, AAC, FLAC, etc.).
Audio quality indicators are also analyzed: dynamic range (difference between the loudest and weakest parts), peak level, RMS average loudness, clipping detection (whether overload distortion is present). These parameters reflect the recording quality of the audio and the degree of compression loss.
Ideal for checking the quality of music files, diagnosing audio problems, or understanding the differences between different encoding formats. High-resolution audio (96kHz/24bit) contains more detail than CD quality (44.1 kHz/16bit). Lossy compression (MP3, AAC) loses some frequency information.
