After opening the page, silver liquid metal will be displayed flowing on the screen, and the metal droplets will merge with each other to form larger droplets. The surface reflects ambient light, producing a metallic luster effect. You can drag the mouse to push the metal flow.
The whole process is pure front-end animation, with a Canvas-based particle system simulating the movement of metal droplets, and gradient filling simulating metallic luster. The coalescence between droplets is judged using simple distance.
Suitable for use as a sci-fi web background, UI decoration, or purely appreciating the flowing beauty of liquid metal. The realization principle is particle physics simulation plus radial gradient.
