Backgammon is a free online game. Roll the dice and race your checkers home, hitting lone blots onto the bar; bear all off before the AI to win. Play instantly — no install, no waiting. It runs entirely in your browser — no download or sign-up needed.
The two men each have 15 chess pieces, which move in opposite directions on the chessboard. Roll two dice per round, and the number of steps you move is determined. Pieces can be moved to an empty point, a pile of one's own pieces, or a point where there is only one opponent's piece (eat it).
The target moves all the pieces into his inner plate (the last 6 points), and then moves them out of the board according to the dice count. The party who moves all the pieces first wins. The eaten pieces are placed on the middle.bar and must be re-entered from the starting point.
Strategy is a balance between blocking and racing. Use Math.random() to roll the dice, and use CSS animation to move the pieces. AI uses an evaluation function to consider location value and risk of being eaten.
In an online game of backgammon, dice are rolled to move the pieces. All the pieces are moved into the inner plate and then moved out. The party that finishes moving first wins and supports AI matchups.
