Fruit Slice is a free online game. Swipe to slice flying fruit and dodge the bombs. Play instantly — no install, no waiting. It runs entirely in your browser — no download or sign-up needed.
Fruit keeps flying from the bottom of the screen, and slide on the fruit with your finger or mouse to cut. Cut one fruit and score one point, and cut multiple fruits at the same time will score a combo bonus. If you cut the bomb, you will kill you or the game will end.
The trajectory of fruits flying is a parabola, some flying high and some flying low, and the sliding direction needs to be quickly determined. Continuous rapid cuts trigger combo effects and extra points. Some versions have special fruits: golden fruits are cut with a knife and get triple points.
The cutting trajectory records coordinates using touch events or mouse events to determine whether it intersects with the fruit collision area. The fruit is drawn using Canvas, and the animation of being cut and divided into two is simulated using a physics engine.
In the Fruit Ninja web version, swipe your finger or mouse to cut the flying fruits on the screen to avoid bombs. The more you cut, the higher the score.
